My hubby massaged it but i just cried everytime he touched me cause it hurt but i know it was helping. Does anyone have any advice to what might help?

" I am not familiar with either of those meds, but it sounds like you were having muscle spasms. May want to talk to the doc about some muscle relaxers. "

" I have had many cortisone injections and never had a problem. However, I am also on Hydrocodone, Skelaxin, and ansaids. It is alot but I do not have any pain and take all of these at night. I have recently been put on Cymbalta.
As far as topicals, you should try SALONPAS patches. They are a god send ! I have found them at Costco and at Walgreens.
I do hope this helps! "
