Ok, well I spoke with Tammy a little while ago and the judge ordered her ex husband to pay 3,650.00 a month. Not sure yet about back child support, but her ex is now in jail and they need to pay $10,000.00 to get him out. I will let you know more when I hear from her again. Hugs Denise

Well....I am so sorry that I didn't sign back on last night.....but then again....my boy needed me! We laid in the bed and cuddled....we talked about all his dreams.....his home...his backyard....it was the best talk we've ever had!
I did tell him that his father was in Jail....I explained to Alex......that his father did not pay for YEARS to help me with his care. I explained that he should've always had the things that he hasn't had.........all these years....yeah....it was hard to break it down to him....in a way that he understood......one thing for sure......HE UNDERSTOOD.......HE WAS GETTING A HOUSE AND BACKYARD!!!!!!! AMEN! I dunno......where to even start looking! lol....awwwwww ya'll should've seen me in there......in court.....it was very emotional....and his father and stepmother were LITERALLY.......GLOATING THE FACT THAT THEY GAMBLE EVERY WEEKEND! OMG........EVEN ADMITTED THAT THIS PAST WEEKEND.......HE WENT AND BLEW $$$$$$???????????? OHHHHHHHHHH MY! Well....WE HAVE OUR JUSTICE! It was soooooo hard to even be in the same room with em........really......sickning! I just dunno....how...a human being could be sooooooo cold and cruel......to not pay their child support......yet gamble $$$$$$$ away......and then sit in a court of law......and boast about it! Oh......Ya'll ready for this......his atty......told my atty....that I (YES ME!) Needed to stop GLOATING????? HUH? ARE YA KIDDING ME? NOT ONE TEAR DID HIS FATHER SHED.....WHEN I TESTIFIED....ABOUT HOW MUCH CARE ALEX REQUIRES.......WHAT HE HAS BEEN THROUGH....ALL THE HOSPITAL STAYS......ILLNESS...NADA! The only tears he shed......was over him not being able to see his other 2 kids before he was taken to jail. Well......thats fine....he's never cared for my Alex...NEVER! I will make sure that the child support is spent ON MY SON....NOT THROWN AWAY IN A CASINO! I wannna say Thank You to Ya'll!!!! Awwwww this has been such a long drawn out case.....IT'S O-V-E-R!!!!!! AMEN!!!!!! I wanted to say thanks to ya Diane as well.....cause that hand up....when I started to lose it...and cry.....WELL.MAMA......I HAD TO DO JUST THAT! Thanks for that advice! It helped me keep my composure! I didn't feel like I "beat" his father.......I felt like "Justice was served according to the law and for my son" Yes....I will not lie....it did feel nice.....to see the cuffs go on his father....about time....he felt the squeeze of reality....the same way...I have had to feel.....ONLY......I HAVE HAD TO ENDURE THE SQUEEZE.....FOR 14 YEARS! I love my son....and yes....he is so worth it all! I have been taking care of Alex without his fathers help......and will continue.....reguardless...so much was said.....in that court...we'd be here for days! I will say....it was all recorded......and I requested a copy of the tape from my atty. I was upset that she only asked for $3,000 ???????? for her fee's.....just seems to me......she worked her rear off......ya'll just dunno......HOW HARD SHE FOUGHT UP THERE! OMG......SHE IS A TIGER! I just feel......his atty......made thousands......like......way over $15,000......and he came in with a lil folder......my atty came in with a huge box......a rollind bag....and her laptop....uhhhhhh so much....lol......... that after court I healped her to her car....and then she gave me a ride to mine.... when we pulled up to my car ( I had parked futher away...it was cheaper!) I hugged her yet again....she teared up....and told me how she wanted to meet my son.... I told her "ohhhhhh hunny..... ya are gonna get to meet Alex and he will come bearing flowers , hugs and kisses!" she really understands......GOD...THANK YOU FOR ELLENA!!!!!! I dunno what I would've done....had Alex's teacher not been there.....ohhhhhh soooooo many times...she kept me calm....and reassured me....I LOVE YA BARBRA!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well.....where do we go from here? hummmmmmmm THE SKY IS THE LIMIT! THANK YOU GOD....
