I never thought that this would happen to me, but I just came back home from doing a lot of walking. The weather conditions were sunny, and hot. I couldn't wait to get inside, and turn on my ac to cool off. My coughing started as soon as I walked inside, followed by the wheezing.I went to use my first inhalator, but the pump had failed to spray the medicine. So
I went to use my other back up inhalators, but they were out dated, and they also had failed. I was now in big trouble, as I crawled my way to turn on the floor fan, in dire need for oxygen, and to call for emergency help, it was hard for me to say anything. Finally the ambulatory was on its way, and started me on the breathing treatments. The lesson that I've learned in all of this, is to make sure that the meds in inhalators our up to date, and to refill them when needed, and also always have enough supply to bring along whenever taking long trips away from home.
