It just occured to me, I remember the allergist explaining the things that I'm allergic to. One of those things was an ingrediant in pestacides! I wonder if I was reacting to the pestacide that I sprayed in and around the camper to keep the spiders out! It was that Ortho home defense stuff. PLUS!!! we had to coat ourselves with more bug spray than usual. hmm. I didn't even bring it up to the doctor. He thought it was because of all of the activity that is involved with camping that gave me my asthma attack!

Sounds like you found the cause for your recent flare-up. I don't use bug spray on my body. It will put me into an immediate attack. I only spray for ants outside, so no problems for me there.
Someone at work was talking about Listerine. They said that if you spray Listerine around your yard, it will keep mosquitoes away for awhile. I haven't tried it, but it can't hurt. We have been getting lots of rain here (Florida) and the mosquitoes are starting to come out. Maybe try a search for natural spider repellents.... Robin

Geez, I really wonder if that was my problem! The pulmonologist thought it was because I was being too active. I don't do anymore than I would camping than at home. I may walk more, but I was actually sitting and resting when this last attack hit! I'm glad to know that I'm not the only person who seems to experience this. Don't know a solution though........
