The reason I ask is I was Rx this 2weeks ago and since I started to take it my muscle and joints are aching more than usuall also my hands and feet are swollen ... had my bloods checked and result show liver functions are not good. Rheumy nurse and Pharmacist say it's not the mirtazapine ! I'm really confused .... don't know what to do, I'm having a hard time with perimeno so I'm frightened if I stop this med, my symtoms will all come back ... anybody out there with any info please help ...
