" Some relevant quotes from the website in question:

"The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system."

"Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases."

Oh, the body's "energy system." Huh. And most physical pains and diseases are caused by unresolved negative emotions.

I've actually had an awful lot of physical pains and diseases that were probably not caused by "unresolved negative emotions." Unless broken bones, the flu, colds, infections, bruises, scrapes, and cramps are actually caused by me secretly hating my mother or something.

Oh, and they charge for this. Surprise, surprise. Smells like a scam to me. "

" I've found EFT to be effective in calming me down during an anxiety attack. The manual is free, they have free videos, free newsletters sent weekly, discussion forum, and many other things. I don't like the way they explain the technique, it sounds silly to me, however, I see the underlying technique as very beneficial. EFT can help you work through fears and get at core beliefs/fears. It helped me in my lowest points. "

" When I have severe panic attacks I immediately turn to eft. Panic attacks that would usually last hours and have me writhing in pain are stopped in their tracks within 20 minutes. Last time it only took 10.

Definately use Youtube. A guy on there has produced several eft videos and I use them.

This might be beneficial for someone who has panic attacks regularly, like doing it in the morning and at night. "
