This is going to sound really strange, but the Wii game Endless Ocean stops a lot of my panic symptoms in their tracks. Especially my least favorite and most common, which is feeling like it's hard to breathe. It's just a very easy to learn, relaxing game that takes my mind off myself without creating any stress of its own (unlike most video games, you can't get hurt or die, and there's no time limit on anything!)
