" Cool Mike. I think you will be pleased. It's hard at first but once you start progressing it is amazing. Let me know how it goes and you may want to read the book I recommended here that started it all for me with CBT :) "

" I was in a CBT group and it is changing my life. I'm no longer on any meds and feel like I get better and better everyday since I learned how to counter my thoughts in the tea forms and gained the upper hand on my anxieties. "

" Abhaya37- My boyfriend bought me the CBT book called Been There, Done That? Do This! By Sam Obitz and I started doing the TEA form exercise everyday and I basically treated myself with it though my boyfriend was there to offer encouragement.
I can't say I am "completely" anxiety free but I feel like I am in control of it now rather than it being in control of me. Meaning yes I still have flare ups but they are now a mere nuisance that I can eliminate in a matter of minutes by countering them in my TEA fgorms and it's no longer incapacitating to me :) Good luck and work hard at it. " Good job Robmo! I still counter my thoughts in my tea forms daily and seem to still be progressing and learning. At least I am finally out of my head and into my life again :) "
