I'm wondering if those of you who are able to hold jobs find relief at work? Do you concentrate less on your symptoms during your working hours because you are focusing more on your jobs? Or is it the other way around? The stress of the job makes the anxiety worse?

" The job helps me because it keeps me distracted. I've told some co-workers of mine about my anxiety attacks so if I ever have one they will know what it is. The one anxiety attack I had at work I kept to myself and it happened when I wasn't busy. Plus I work in a hospital so there is some comfort in knowing that if anything happens to me I will be in the right place! "

" I have realy improved over the last year on the attendance. I almost lost my job because of my attendance record. Now I concentrate on getting to work everday and sometimes even go in when I am not feeling well. Just this week something was said because it seems to them sometimes I get sick in front of people. I get sick regardless if someone is around or not. just sometimes someone is around and they tell my boss. But I have got to where I just get over it the best I can and try to go back to my job. I have only got two days againist me at this time. "
