For over a week I have had nausea & headaches. I'm presuming it is stress as this is when my anxiety starting coming back. Does anyone get nausea & headaches with anxiety? This is kind of a new symptom for me.

I feel wierd too - kind of like I'm here but I'm not here - I hate that feeling. Like watching yourself in a movie but I do know that is an anxiety symptom.

Sigh.............

" Hi XceteraX,

I do get headaches from anxiety/stress. I don't get nausea, but I think that's a pretty common symptom as well. I sometimes do get that type of surreal feeling you're describing also. So, you're not alone with these symptoms. I know it's frustrating. I know it's different for everyone, but for me if I'm meditating, and getting exercise in most days of the week it does help my anxiety not get to the point where I get the headaches, etc. Hang in there. " The nausea comes with the anxiety. When I get really bad anxiety, I stop eating because I get so nauseous. But, I don't know about the headaches being associated with anxiety. I do know that migraines cause nausea so you may have migraines. The weird feeling, kind of like you're feeling detached from yourself, that's definitely anxiety. Just try to breathe and relax. Concentrate on something that makes you happy. Go for a walk. Just remember that everything will be ok. Talk to me if you need to. "

" I hate that disoriented feeling!! I was getting like that 2-3 times a day and I got it down now to like once every other day, i use positive self talk and just reassure myself its my anxiety, that feeling is so scary I hate it. do you ever get like rushes through your body or feel like you are losing your body and have to hold on to something? That is the worst, but just talk yourself through it and distract yourself. good luck! "
