What are some non-addictive medications for anxiety? I have a really addictive personality so I dont want to go on anything thats addictive, plus pill addiction runs in my family so much.

Buspar is the only one that is not a Benzo.
There are some anti-depressants that are supposed to help with anxiety also. (Just don't ask me which ones because nothing I've been on has ever helped. :) Just wanted to answer your question as to what is NON-addictive. Good luck!
