I would like to propose that we touch base each day with our successes. We sure feel free to dump all our complaints. So this is a chance to celebrate others small or large successes.

Be creative and look for small things. I think this will give the board some what of a positive boost. Thanks

" Wanderer, this is a great idea.

My big success of the day was gathering up my federal income tax paperwork and driving downtown to the IRS. I knew ahead of time that I owed this year. I sure didn't want to go but made myself go anyway.

Of course i was nervous. Who wouldn't be? But, you would have never known it by my behavior. And, that's what counts, doesn't it? "

" I managed to have a good day today. I was able to get up, go to work and be productive. I didnt feel the anxiety today. Actually, I had a great day.

" I guess my success story would be I finally put down the strawberry ice cream and the remote and took the dog for a 2 mile walk around the park. To top it off I then treated my self by actually going inside the gym,not riding by looking, but I actually went inside the gym and worked out for 1 hour and a half. I actually feel great now although I am still very tempted to go in the fridge and get that strawberry ice cream before my kids beat me to it. lol "

" today I decided just to ignore my anxious thought and panic sensations cause by now i know they are just fabrications of my mind so today i said what the hell i actually told my panic to do its worst and said if i die from this oh well least i wasn't hiding from it "I know i wont die but i have to say this is myself to confirm that no matter what i will do what i want when i want and i wont let some foolish thoughts stop me from doing that! =) "
