" I have very rare moments of feeling slightly okay but worry how long it will last until I'm shaking again.
My anxiety has been constant for months now. "

" Yeah, I'm always worrying about the next hour, day, etc... If something good happens, I worry and feel different because it's all new to me. "

" Isn't that horrible? We can't even enjoy the good days/moments. I'm the same way. I try hard to just appreciate it, but then I do start to wonder how long it will last. Then I try to tell myself it doesn't matter how long it lasts, just enjoy it now. Always talking myself through things. "

" I do that alot I have been so wooried and stressed out most of the time that when I do have a calm moment or day it seems surreal. I wonder when the bomb is gonna fall and come crashes down on my head. Sundays seem to be the worst of the days ... I mope around the house knowing that the stress and fighting of anxiety over the beginning of the week. I really do try to enjoy the moment .. but the fear is always in the back of my mind lurking waiting for its chance to leap out "
