AAAAARRRRRHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! My mind is going crazy right now... I can't fall asleep again for like the 5th night in a row. It's driving me mad!!! My anxiety is totally beating me up and I can't relax. My adrenaline is running wild and is totally wacked out. I want to scream LOUD!!!! This is making me angry. I hate that I get like this. I can hear my husband snoring in the other room and it drives me insane!!!!!!

" When I can not sleep, I usually watch television or I take a long hot bath to relax me. I also read and reading makes me sleeping. There are several ways to get some rest. I also clean the house real good and when my house is clean, I can relax and get the proper rest. When I am really nervous I sleep with the light on. "

" I think reading and watching tv are both good ways to get sleepy. You can just fall asleep in front of the tv. I also sleep with earplugs so I don't wake up at the sound of my husband breathing/snoring or any other little sounds in the house that might wake me up. It took some getting used to, but I really can't sleep without them now. "

" What really helped me sleep better was to change my days. I stopped running 100 miles an hour and putting pressure on myself, lowered my caffeine intake and made sure to take at least 10 min a day to sit and relax. I dont watch stressful tv shows before bed cause this ups your adrenaline and makes it hard to sleep. Lowering the lights an hour before bed puts your body in a ready to sleep mode. When stressful thoughts came across my mind in bed I would turn on a sound machine that made ocean sounds and that helped. Best wishes to you "

" Reading before I go to bed helps me sleep. Better than watching TV (for me anyway) because TV seems to stimulate my anxiety. Oh... and try earplugs if your husband's snoring is keeping you up. :) "
