Hello all,

I need your help for something relatively minor, but for a person who deals with anxiety and stress, it can be a little more difficult.

I need some ideas on what to make for dinner tonight. Tell me what your favorite recipes are or what makes you feel good when you eat it!! Thanks!

" Chicken pot pie is one of my favorites. Creamy gravy with chunks of chicken and vegetables topped with a buttery golden brown crust. Not too hard to make.
In a large skillet melt 3 tablespoons of butter (or use olive oil) add 1 pound of chicken cut into one inch pieces and lightly brown. Add half a cup of chopped onionand a clove of minced garlic and a 10 ounce package of frozen vegetables, thawed (put them in a collander and run under cold water). Cook for 2 minutes. add 1/4 cup all purpose flour, mix well. Stir in 2 1/2 cups heated milk and simmer and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. pour filling into a shallow cassarole dish and cover with a pie crust; 1 1/4 cup flour, 6 tablespoons chilled butter, 4 tablespoons ice water. Or use store bought or your own recipe. Cut slits in the crust, place on baking sheet and bake about 40 min. at 375. "
