" I'm not sure how bad you anxiety is. I have to take my xanax everyday, usually just 1 in the AM and one at night. If I get a panic attack I need to take one. I also have to take other meds as well. I hope you start to feel better. "

" my husband was prescribed it as needed a few years ago when he was going through some tough times at work. his was temporary and so he gave them to me and they didnt even phase me. i cant seem to find anything to help my anxiety except for me talking myself out of it "

" When I was first put on xanax I was taking .50 mg three times a day. Then we changed it to .25 mg 6 times a day. I was on it for several months till I learned positive tinking, relaxation , breathing, nutrition, and all kinds of help.. then after I learned these various tool to combat panic and anxiety we started to taper me off the pills. Now I take them only as need which might amount to none or maybe one or two .25mg pills in a months time. I have conqured my anxiety. You may want to read some of my journals for help. Have any questions I would be glad to share some of the things that worked for me. "
