Anxiety Support Group

Hello , my name is Sohail ,I have this problem of insomnia , I took rivotril 2 mg daily to get to sleep , which cause me to sleep in 3 to 4 hours , the problem is that I have this disease what do u call it , head stiffness , like dull headache all over the head and then pain in the back of neck going down till the back , like stiffness of nerves , I feel too much noise of hsssssssssssss in ears , they call it tinnitus .I have been to so many doctors , they all give me different SSRI , I don’t know its help me or not the first SSRI I took about 4 years back that was paxil once daily , I think It helps me but for some months , and yes they main thing is that I think it all starts when I have sex / masturbate , that’s what I think , but on my research base on internet they say it does not effect in any ways , so I took paxil , but paxil put down my sex drive so I don’t need to have sex or masturbate , so may be that’s I feel better I don’t know , but I do get sometimes panic attack feelings , in the morning I feel like I don’t have any energy in my body I cant even move my body I feel like staying there , I put cell phone off , because if somebody call me I cannot talk to him .
The attack of forget full ness also comes on me, I feel totally numbness of head, is it epilepsy???
Today I took 2 tab of clobazam, my phsych doc prescribed me, is it okay …….
Help me I can’t write more, my brain is all fogged
I feel like to masturbate, is it due to depression I feel like to masturbate, help me plssssss
Oh my GOD too much noise in ears hsssss.
And yes this all is happening with me for about 1 year now.
I can’t write more if there is nay body cares for me Pls reply.
