I over think far too much its what every one says who noes me, you think to much, or I'll Analise things to much. I think what if this happens what if that happens and I go through my head what I'd do and whats the best thing to do, yet 9 times out of 10 the things I think are going to happen never do. mad in it???

it seems like you and I have a lot in common... My dizzy spells as i call them always hit me when I am driving if I over think things. I drive for a living doing deliveries in the early AM So I am always alone and thats when it always seems that I feel my worst some days I can work through it and some days I cant......

I feel the same way, I am always anxious to go on car trips because I'm scared of getting in an accident. It's hard to be a defensive and safe driver when those thoughts are always in my mind! My husband usually drives but that doesn't really help!

most of my anxiety problems are from driving. I have a really hard time driving even in town. I have been in 2 accidents in the past 2years and I would rather not even drive at all. I go to a therapist, but driving there is a real problem, so its not helping at all. I hope that you find a solution to your problem.
