affects it in wot way exactly?? wen i have a panic attack, my main fear is that i will loose control of my bladder! lol! although this has never happened, but i'm sure i can actually feel it nearly coming out! but i always flee the situaion!! not a gud thing to do i know. i hav been told by therapists that it will never happen an that it is all in my mind, but are you saying that it could happen? is that wot your talking about???

yea it has happend to me and im sure it all in the mind but does and has happend to me when i have really bad attacks :(

wot do u mean, wen u had a bad attack, u felt as though u were just gonna wet you pants?? or u actually did loose control of your bladder?? i'm glad we can get shit like this out in the open on here!! lol xxx

Do you mean like in bed wetting?

when your anxiouse you tense your muscles whitch can cuase the muscles in ur bladder to contract like so you can feel the need to go to toilet alot. or you can all together lose control of your bladder like someone does when they luagth to much lol or get realy scared.

i go to the toilet constantly when haveing bad panic attacks. try not to worry about it people notice alot less than you think they do. god bless

I know that when having extreme anxiety attacks, I have to pee a lot. Like every few minutes. Its part of the body's physiological response, like tingling hands & heart palps.

yea, but do you guys fear you will just wet ur pants! lol. or do you just know that you'll be able to hold it in?? like i sed i;ve never 'lost control' but the fear of this happening ruins my life, maybe for all you guys fearing that you gonna hav a heart attack an die an stuff, this may not be a big deal, but its awful, i hate it. (an embarassing!)

yep i need to pee aswell when my anxiety and panick comes not nice
