I have noticed that my trigger for ciggs and now cravings are the ones when I am affected by a co-workers remarks, observations or any other stress and strain of the job. I know it could be just me and my anxiety problem but at some time all of us have been affected by such tension at job or at home. I just noticed that how grumpy and demotivated I became as my manager just gave this remark "Boss, it is too long this work has been going on, pls finish it now, you have been talking too long" with a frown on his face. This made me miserable but also made me just start my work but at the back of my mind I was a bit troubled. Now after two hours he came with a smile on his face "Hope you are making progress, keep up the good work" and this enthused me and made me more concentrated to the task at hand than before. I just want to learn this skill of becoming unaffected by attitudes of others and keep my mind balanced and keep my head down and go on working irrespective of criticism and praises.

All advise would be muchly apprecaited. I think if not for most for many people especially me this skill is essential in overcoming the smoking habit. And this is not limited to office but in a informal place like being with friends too.
