How effective do yall think your medicine is at controlling anxiety? I'm on Lexapro and although I have had to up my dose over time, I still have a considerable amount of anxiety. I do exercise and eat right and try to remember to practice my breathing. It's like I learn to control it and overcome my phobias and then I start getting anxiety in the same situations again over time.
I've had many opinions: 1. My parents think I expect too much from medicine and should expect to deal with anxiety 2. One of my friends who has anxiety and her Mom who deals with depression think a diff medicine would be more effective at relieving the anxiety. ADVICE??? Posted on 07/21/08, 11:07 am |
