I'm not one of those hypochondriacs who have every "disorder" known to man, but curiously, do any of you know of an association between APS and fibromyalgia?

" Not sure if they are, I don't believe so. I have APS. A few years back I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia by the Rheumatologist. It lasted for awhile and I fought it off with certain vitamins, diet & exercise and it hasn't come back since! I had every test run known to man and they didn't find a single thing wrong, however, the Rheum. said it was Fibro. I know I wanted to die, but was determined to beat it and I did. I don't take any meds. or anything for the APS and was told not to take anything. "

" I was wondering the same thing myself. I have both conditions, and two other autoimmune conditions as well. It seems I was diagnosed with one, and that wasn't enough, but I have to be diagnosed with three more conditions. "

" Lupus, antiphospholipid and psoriasis, among many other conditions are all auto-immune. I'm a massage therapist and I've seen many fibro- patients. They seem to all have SOME kind of an auto-immune condition. I believe they are very much linked. I have APS and psoriasis. My mom has fibro and psoriasis. "
