He has to have this done asap and it is totally out of the blue. The doc sent him as routine as he is 60, for the treadmill test today. I am absolutely terrified about complications that can arise but he is completely at ease about it. I suffer from anxiety attacks and so I would like to see it all happening as the waiting will aggravate an anxiety attack and i dont want to be in the next bed to him. Please can some one ease my mind as he wont even go to a doc with me to discuss it and ask questions.

" It's doubtful that you will be allowed in to be with your husband for the angiogram, but that's up to the people who make those decisions.
The process doesn't take too long. If there is a condition, hopefully the doctor caught it early enough that it won't be much of a problem to resolve. Really, the procedure isn't as serious as one might think. NOT doing something is a lot more hazardous. "
