Jim there are days when I just want to laugh, at me...at you..just cuz life is life and stuff...even small stuff can build up and without a release of some kind really messes with my serenity.
Laughter is the best medicine on those days when one might say "is this all there is?" Laughter can put everything in perspective, throw an entirely different twist on the daily BS. Early in sobriety, everything was serious and the saying "easy does it" makes a lot more sense to me now. In the begining I had to keep it simple...don't drink, go to meetings, find a sponsor, do the steps as they are outlined in the BB...And Laugh at every opportunity!

Yep, indeed, just not pointed at anyone in a hurtful way. Cant help but laugh at so much of this journey. I think what happens is a lot of context gets lost in this kind of forum. But I vote yes, in fact I could use a laugh about now.
