" I understand binge drinking did it for years, they say (dr's) that it is harder on the body and much easier to get into trouble cause we go all out for a period of time, so we end up in jail or institions pretty quick.I use to go like 3 day's start off with a half gallon of whiskey (jack daniels) preferably, and after that do some drugs and get more booze and keep going for about 3 days straight and would pass out then go to work and do that for a period of time, I have both been a daily drinker and a binge drinker. I actually relate to any kind of drinker or addict.Abstinence is the best answer for us. "

" There is no problem that I have today that drinking won't make a whole lot worse.
I was a binge drinker too, I stopped drinking for almost 6 years and had a "slip". It took me ten years to get off the last binge. Just sayin'. "
