Just struggling as usual. I know my triggers so i know what to be careful of. I'm grateful i've been to tired to drink. I finally feel a little better because at first i was shaking alot. Anyone have anything positive to say i'm all ears:)

what are you doing for support? i found it so much easier when i had a support group of friends who were doing the same thing. i am happy that you've returned and feel better. just keep sharing and reading the threads and you will learn so much.

i have a couple friends in the program. However late at night is usually when i get antsy so i use this sight more and more. It is better than nothing. My friends think it is a good idea.
