Ok, dumb question...I'm watching that tv show "Cash Cab". In WA state we have to have a hands free device to talk on a cell phone while driving, yet this guy is asking questions and howting a game show while driving.

Can someone tell me how THAT is safe?! Guesss that's why the show isn't here in WA ha ha ha ha

" I've thought the same thing myself though I love that show. In Arizona they have made it illegal to text and drive, which I think is a great idea. You can still make phone calls though. I think what he uses is more like a hands free thing though. If you notice he wears something in his ear and I think that's where he's getting all the questions. Not really sure though. "

" The use of cell phones (without a hands free device) was recently made illegal here in the CA too. For gosh sakes, not texting while driving seems like a common sense thing. How does one get caught for that, anyway?

Officer: "Excuse me ma'am, were you texting?
"....Um...no."
Officer: "Right then. Drive on." "

" I always wondered the same thing about that show. Every time I watch it, all I can think is, what if that man got in a wreck right there on the show? "

" Most distracting thing while driving is having a small child(ren) in the car-seat throwing a tantrum! LOL!

I agree Maggie - Both hands on the wheel in the ten-two position is the safest way. "
