WIC recommends rice cereal at 4 months... other associationns recommend waiting tii baby is 9 - 12 months old. i am only formula bottle feeding still.

My son is 5 months old and my pediatrician told me he should be eating baby food and cereal...soo i would just ask your pediatrcian... because everyone has a different opinion...i was feeding him baby food at like 3 months and then stopped...now i have to do it again..lol but like i said i think you should just ask your pediatrician... and a little bit of rice cereal in their milk before they go to bed is a good idea... helps keep them full longer..
