Hi I'm new to this forum. I have two girls, Catalina and Chloe. I finally got my oldest to sleep in her own bed, before that she could only sleep with me and my husband. With my youngest, 7mths old Chloe I promised I would not bring her to bed with us, lol. She took naps fine when she was very little but then stopped doing that unless I carried her the whole time she slept. My doctor said I couldnt force her to nap. And I wasn't too worried because she slept through the night, 9 to 6 am. Recently, since about a month agao though she fights going to sleep. I used the ferber method before and it worked great. I was able to put her to bed by 9 and then work on getting Cat to bed then. Now she wont sleep til almost 11. Cats sleping in her own bed by 10 and I try to use the ferber method but not really because they share a room and I don't want to wake her up. Chloe is now sleeping at 10 30 or 1100 waking up at 3 and then again at 7. Here lately I just bring her to bed with me at 3 because she cries and cries when I try to put her to bed in her crib again. I know she is not getting enough sleep. She's become very irritable during the day and clingy. All she wants to do is nurse and sleep in my arms and I can't give my two year old the attention she needs much less do anytjing around the house. HELP!!!!

" thanks just hearing that someone else has this problem too makes me feel better. I keep asking myself what I did wrong because I had the same problem with my eldest. I thought not this time but I guess you can't control everything. I know Im lucky just to get to be a mom so Ill try and focus on that. "
