Has anyone else's child suffered from severe colic as a baby, and then ended up diagnosed with adhd?
After speaking to a few other moms who have children with adhd, it seems to be a common factor.

" My daughter had slight colic when she was born, but nothing severe. However, at a family therapist session, he did ask if she had colic as a baby, so, perhaps there is some correlation. "

" yes my 5 yr old daughter was extremely colicy due to the fact that her bio mom was a poly drug user during her preganancy so my daughter was tested positive for cocaine at 3 months old when she first came to live with us. Now she has been diagnosed with adhd, fasd but the doc's won't put her on any meds for it yet cause she has a lot of sensory problems in her mouth/throat and they don't want her to choke on the pills. And of course we can't find any that are chewable! "

" Yes, my daughter was colicy. The doctor determined it was because she was allergic to her formula, she had blood in her stool from it. Once they switched her she was fine. "
