I literally drive myself crazy with all the multiple conversations playing out in my head. I take Seroquel at night and it helps to slow them down at night time. Sometimes it's cool, because I am never bored,I must always be busy with one task or another. When I am able to watch the tele I freak at the commercials, I am a remote control-holic, I start flipping channels. This drives everyone around me crazy...Do others suffer like this and what do you do to help keep some aumont of sanity in your life...

I am similar. I learned to do ten things at once. The ultimate in multi-tasking. My hands have a project, my mind has a book, my eyes have a TV. I flip from Xbox to TV to book to projects. As for sanity... I gave up on that a long time ago.

I often feel this way. One way I cope is that I have become the king of sticky notes. When something pops in my mind, I quick write it down, so I don't forget it when my mind switches gears. It helps me alot. I, too, constantly multi-task, all day long. When I finally get home at the end of the day, and my wife wants to share about her day, often she has to sit me down and almost force me to keep my hands still and have eye-contact, or I will just add her to my multi-tasking list. It is crazy, but like you said, at least it's not boring!!
