So I told my psych that I thought I needed an increase in dosage of my Concerta... he said he didnt want to increase the concerta just yet as he was worried about side affects. So he said he would write a prescription for Ritalin which i would take 3 times a day in addition to the Concerta I am already on...
The reason I am ON concerta mostly is because I am horrible about remembering to take my meds... I can usually remember to take them in the morning... but THREE TIMES A DAY!? i dunno...
