Hi BlackBelt, I am 25 and I have ADHD. I take Ritalin for my ADHD and it doesn't cause me to gain weight. I've been taking it for a few years now. I take 20 milligrams in the morning and 10 milligrams at 4:00 and it really helps with my ADHD. The only side effect is, it just makes me tired.
