My son takes it and we are having to change it. It only last 4 hours. They want him to try the Concerta again but a lower dose 36mg. he has been on Adderall XR, Concerta ( 27mg, 198mg he took one pill of each every morning) now they are cuting him back to 36mg Concerta. I got mad. I asked why they are doing that and they said just to try it for a month till this new drug comes out. Then they will but him on that drug. It is called Vyvanse.
