I am in a few support groups on ds. idk if its because of my adhd or my eyes but i really wish ppl would hit enter every now and then. some posts are probably good for me to read but i cant because the words run together for me.
ppl just write one huge paragraph and expect me to read it. cut it down. add space. get to the point.
thanks

" Yeah, I struggle with getting through novelettes, too. Actually, if a post is more than three paragraphs--even with spacing--I find it really hard to concentrate. "

" I'm glad there are those who feel free enough to express their opinions openly at DS. I feel like I'm in a family sometimes.

I also prefer to read nicely spaced and intelligently articulated posts.

As an adult with ADHD, dyslexia, and several physical disabilities, I too have to make special efforts to navigate through this world that others, who have a frontal lobe which works more efficiently than mine does or who have normal vertabraes and discs do.

However unfair life can be sometimes it is not the worlds responsibility to make my life easier. I must adapt and cope.

I don't get as much enjoyment out of life when I play the role of the victim. I enjoy life much more when I use what I have been given and appreciate the uniqueness of everybody.

That is my unique view on life. Nobody else is required to agree with me.

When I don't like what's on TV I change the channel. I don't call the television station and demand that the actors do a better job of acting. At least not today.

Thanks for sharing. "
