has anyone tried bio feedback?
It is an alternative to meds. they do various excersises for the brain to build more neurological pathways. It also teaches you to control your brain waves. the only drawback is the price. Posted on 07/03/08, 12:07 pm |

I actually had this done on Monday. Personally I think it's a load of hogwash. They hooked me up to a machine with both wrists, ankles and around my head and measured my blood presure, heart rate, breathing etc. Apaprently my brain is working wwaaaaaaayy to fast and its disrupting my brains waves or something rather.The interesting thing was that it did indicate that I have a respitory problem, which I do, Asthma, but that was never disclosed. I'm still skeptical however and don't believe it was worth it. It was cool however.

I have not tried it, but I have heard good things about it. Different therapies work differently for everyone. It's worth a try if you can aford it. I do practice alot of homeopathic remedies and it's always worth a try. you dn't know what you might be missing.
