My Dr put me on adderal lst week for ADD. He put me on 20mg two times a day. It worked pretty well for the first 4 or so days, but I seem to drop off in the early evening. Do they keep increasing this as you go, or just keep you at 20 mg?

I started out at 40 mgs and was increased up to 60 mgs. Tell your doc it seems to wear off and see if they'll add an extra dose at noon or in the afternoon.

My dosages have been increasing since I was first diagnosed. I think that I've finally found a dose that works for me. My meds do seem to drop off in the evening as well, so I usually try to make sure that I time my doses to last if I have something to do.
