Do you pay a fortune for you ADD meds? I have a copay and I still was to pay $100.00. I will get a break of $30 each month for the first three months but this is ridiculous.

" i've had to quit taking my bp meds, and add meds cause i just can't afford keep seeing my doc and my meds. it's rediculous. there is a "free" clinic but my ex told me it's not so free. he had to pay. it's all confusing to me and makes me made, so i just have no patience to it. "

" I think it's horrible that people who really need these meds can't afford them. I'm worried that after my certain number of allowed visits to my doctor are over, I won't be able to afford it either, then will have to resort possibly to illegal ways of getting it, or maybe that's even more expensive. This is making such a huge difference for me and it just isn't right that this should be unaffordable for people who can become better contributors to society by being on these meds. "

" i totally agree with u on #7, society would be better and less people on disability if we were able to afford our meds that make it possible for us to work, and try having a normal life. companies are more concerned about money rather than a human beings well being and mental health status. and most people with mental health dx aren't even considered a real illness. it to me, it's not a disability as doctors see it and put it out to be, i feel they see it just as human emotions. gggggrrrrrr the price of meds is rediculous.
