Yesterday, while looking for various sites to help with a healthier life style, found these sites that ALSO contain information about ADD/ADHD -- both adult and children.....
Perhaps they can be of help: Actually, the site below contains a LOT of information, including many of the same issues that are addressed on D.S., including but limited to: ADD/ADHD, BiPolar, Sleep, Anxiety, Abuse&Addictions, Depression, Grief&Loss......just SOOOOO many topics.
