I hear you, tho I the weed is no longer an option (lol- security clearance). I have to go off the adderall on weekends (when critical thinking isnt so essential) and by monday I can take a smaller dose. Also...stopped taking XR because I couldnt sleep. If I time the regular adderall, I can be coming down as its bedtime. While I dont drink so much, I do have various meds for sleep..all but neurontin made me hungover.
