" It is amazing how scattered we all appeart to be, those of us who share the common thread that is ADD. Yet while we see to be scattered, the conditionor focus of "I am" seems to be a common thread. Just a thought.

ADHD ruined my life, the diagnosis hascorrected any hopes i have ever had of waking up and bweing normal. I am truy asloss for words as to how much disugst i have with myself someimtes in the morning. The power of self conviction keeps me going. That is really the lesson to learn from your experience as smeone who suffers from ADD, you must self-actualize and become more than the disease will allow you to be. "
