Why do you like DailyStrength?
We have a member here, Heatherb52, who is working on her PhD dissertation. She contacted us to ask if any of the pregnancy community members would be able to help her gather research data. We thought this would be a great opportunity for our members to be involved in this exciting work.
Here is a little bit about Heatherb52, and her current work:
“I am a PhD Student at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. As a mom of a 4-year-old and a newborn, I have become very interested in social networking web sites, like dailystrength.org, where women can talk about their pregnancy experiences and receive advice from other women. I am conducting a research study for my dissertation, and am turning my personal interest into a professional one. The research is being conducted on web sites like dailystrength.org and others.Currently, I am looking for volunteers to participate in an online survey about your participation on Dailystrength. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete, and it asks about things like your feelings and experiences in this online community, and your communication with other people in this community. All personally identifying information will be removed during analysis to ensure your confidentiality.
You must be aged 18 or older to participate. If you would like to volunteer, please cut and paste this link into your browser to get to the survey:
